Hello guys!

I have a problem, please see the details below.

After a TE40 is enabled, the fan keeps making noises. The ambient temperature of the TE40 is 17°. Other TE40 devices and TE20 devices are working properly. In addition, no related alarm is reported.

How can I do?

According to your description, the fan module may be faulty. Replace the fan module and check whether the fault is rectified.
