Possible cause
Live video viewing and video playback require the binding between the client IP address and stream-receiving port. When the IP address of the PC where the IVS C/S client is installed is changed, the client fails to be bound with the stream-receiving port.
Solution
1. Access the installation directory of the IVS C/S client, that is log\media\netsource\run.
2. Open the latest log and check whether the following information exists:
IVS_NETSOURCE_SetLocalRecvStreamIP out, Channel[213580976] LocalRecvStreamIp[192.168.60.159].
- If no, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
- If yes, record the value of LocalRecvStreamIp, for example, 192.168.60.159, and go to the next step.
3. Check and record the IP address of the PC where the IVS C/S client is installed.
4. Log in to the PC where the IVS C/S client is installed, and click Start.
5. Choose .
6. In the View your active networks area, click Local Area Connection.

7. In the Local Area Connection Status dialog box, click Details.

8. In the Network Connection Details dialog box, check and record the IP address of the PC.

9. Check whether IP addresses recorded in 2 and 3 are the same.
10. Check whether the fault is rectified. If no, restart the IVS C/S client and go to the next step.
