The Ethernet link does not work

The board did not report the LOS alarm, indicating that the OptiX OSN 6800 could receive optical signals from the Cisco router. I suggest you check whether the optical fiber type matches the optical module. Check whether the device port parameters at both ends are consistent. For example, the port on the Cisco router is multimode while the port on the TOM board is single mode. Also, the port on the router is an FC port while the service mode of the port on the TOM board is GE. In both cases, the device will produce the malfunction you described.
