Hello everyone, today I will share a case about the eOMC fails to back up the eNodeB configuration and inject the eNodeB license. Hope it helps you！

Issue Description

The eLTE eOMC reports the eNodeB configuration backup failure and eNodeB license injection failure alarms.

Handling Process

1. Check the IP settings and parameter settings of FTP.

2. eOMC uploads and downloads performance files and reports the maximum number of session links.

3.In the first session query, six reports and 300 session process files are found.

Root Cause

Too many sessions are opened by the FTP CARD. As a result, the FTP CARD breaks down.

Solution

1. Disconnect the eOMC link and resynchronize the base station configuration data.

2. Restart the reset base station.
