Problem description
The IP address of the eOMC server is configured as eth0 as per the planning. However, the IP address is configured o the eth1 port and the eOMC client cannot be downloaded.
Problem analysis
The frontline wants to configure the IP address of the etn1 port as the eth0 port as per the planning, but it is not necessary.
As about the eOMC Client that cannot be downloaded, we should make sure that the local computer can ping the eOMC server IP, and login to the server background via the putty tool to check whether all services of the eOMC server are normal.
Root cause
The IP address for downloading eOMC Client has an error, it should be https://Server IP address:8443/cau. Exchanging the network cable from the eth0 port to the eth1 port has no impact.
Solution description
Exchange the network cable from the eth0 port to the eth1 port, and use correct IP(https://Server IP address:8443/cau) to login to the webpage in order to download the eOMC Client.
