Issue description
The energy meter reading on site is different from the reading on the platform.
Handling process
We investigated the problem.
Root Cause:
The battery of the electric meter is used up. The cause is that the power grid environment of the customer is poor.
As a result, the battery works for a long time.
Solution
Based on the analysis, we suggested the change of the monthly frozen interrogation task cycle to one month to make sure there will not be multiple results sent to CIS for those abnormal meters.
The interrogation task has its failed retry mechanism to make sure every meter can report at least one successful reading, and no need to execute every day.
