【Check Method】
1. If the terminal displays a message indicating that the user is offline, the ECOMM fails to be registered, or the SMS service of the terminal is abnormal, check whether the user logs in successfully.
2. If the value of eComm is Video unavailable, the login is successful, but the SIP registration fails when the video server is connected. Use the IP address of the adb shell ping eappvideo.tdtech.com or adb shell ping dispatcher. If the ping packet is abnormal, check the network configuration.
3. Ensure that the system time is later than September 2014. It is recommended that the system time be the current time.
4. Check whether video services are running on the background.
5. If the dialing page is displayed but no ringback tone is played for a long time, this is a normal phenomenon. The possible cause is that the peer end user is offline and the dispatcher does not detect the cause. In this case, another object can be used to initiate services.
【Recovery Method】
1. Ensure that the login is successful.
2. If the system time is later than September 2014, it is recommended that you set the system time to the current time.
3. Disable the background video service or restart the terminal and try again.
4. If the fault persists, capture terminal logs and contact Huawei technical support engineers.
