The eLTE handset failed to make a P2P voice call
【possible Cause】
1. The terminal is not registered.
2. POC is not configured when a user is added.
3. The incoming and outgoing calls are barred.
4. The network is disconnected.
5. No voice license is available.
6. No full synchronization is performed.
【Check Method】
1.DC Check the voice registration status of the terminal.
2. Access the UDC management system to view the user service capability.
3. Access the UDC management system to view the policy of barring incoming and outgoing calls.
4. Ping the dispatcher from the terminal.
5. Access the eapp management system to check the license.
6. The terminal displays that the user logs in offline.
【Recovery Method】
1. The terminal enters the airplane mode or restarts and accesses the network again.
2. Add the POC permission to the user.
3. Modify user rights based on service requirements.
4. Contact network engineers.
5. Apply for a license.
6. Synchronize all UDC data to the MDC.
