【possible Cause】
1. When the vendor type of the decoder is set to Huawei, the number of split screens can only be 1 or 4. Otherwise, a message is displayed, indicating that the object is not registered.
2. When the Huawei decoder is in 4-screen mode, the video of 1080p resolution cannot be played on the video wall. In this case, the system displays a message indicating that the resolution does not match.
【Check Method】
1. Check whether the LMS decoder configuration is correct.
On the home page, choose LMS Service. In the navigation tree, choose Dispatcher Configuration > Device Configuration > Decoder Configuration > Decoder (DEC_VGW). The Decoder (DEC_VGW) page is displayed. Check whether the configured decoder parameters are correct.
【Recovery Method】
1. If the configuration is correct but the fault persists, go to step 2.
2. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support.
