The eAPP displays a network connection error message

After the server software is uninstalled, the local PC and the server can be pinged. However, when you reinstall the server software, the system displays a message indicating that the network connection is incorrect.

Hello, dear.

After the server software is uninstalled, the remote login configuration file (sshd_config) deletes the IP addresses (such as the IP addresses of the eAPP610, eUDC660, eMRS620) that have been used by the server.

·  If the server does not have an unused IP address (for example, the default IP address of the server), you can use all available IP addresses of the server to remotely log in to the server.

·  If an unused IP address exists on the server, you can use only the unused IP address to log in to the server.

Solution

1. Log in to the server locally, run the ifconfig command to view the NIC information, and record all IP addresses.

2. On the local PC, use the IP address that is not used by the server to reinstall the software.
