Here’s a case that the Disk Manager occasionally cannot delete LUNs on a Windows host.
[Fault Diagnosis]
Typically, the Windows Virtual Disk Service is abnormal, resulting in the problem.
[Solution]
Method 1: Choose Computer Management > Services and Applications > Services and restart the Logical Disk Manager and Virtual Disk Service services, as shown in the following figures:

Method 2: If method 1 cannot resolve the problem, restart the host.

After the Virtual Disk Service is restarted, the RPC service may become unavailable. In this case, close the disk manager, open it again, and rescan for disks.
