Which SFP are you using? and what is the switch model?

The device must have Huawei certified optical modules installed. Non-Huawei certified
optical modules cannot ensure transmission reliability and may affect service stability.

S5760 Model SW and yes not using Huawei certified SFT. it is a 3rd party SFP.

Is there any error logs during the restarting?

Please use the Huawei certificated modules, the uncertificated module might cause unexpected problem.
Since there is no error logs, I think, the 3rd party physical module caseing the problem.
