Hi,

I logged in to the device through the console just now. I could log in but couldn't enter any command. I've tried the  ALT key or CTRL+C & CTRL+V, but all don't work. Has anyone ever encountered the same problem?  Can you give me a solution? Thank you.

Hello,
I think this is a compatible issue with  Serial cable & Serial driver.
It is recommended to replace other PC & Serial cable & Serial driver and test again. Also, you may change the setting of the putty to the default or reset the port for connection and communication parameters.

I hope this helps.

Thanks, you are right. Something's wrong with my old cable. I changed the cable and it worked. Strangely, although I cannot enter commands using the old cable, I can still see the cursor blinking on the screen.

Hello,
Do not do ctrl+c & ctrl+v when login, you should write the user name and the password.
Thanks

If your device crashes and gives you the option to give crtl + b, you can reset it using the procedure below:

https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100060262&lang=en

If you do not have this option, contact official Huawei support

Thanks. The device doesn't crash. I confirmed that it's just a connection issue.
