The intelligent attribute of the device is not License Plate Analysis, or the device alarm deployment is not enabled.

[Solution]

1.When you view device configurations on the VCN client, select camera basic configuration set Intelligent and License Plate Analysis.

2. Select the basic information On the VCN client and check whether to deploy and withdraw the device is enabled.
