Hi!

We have an OSN 3500.

We failed to add the D75S board to it, the system displays the message "Interface board and process board are not matched. Error Code: 1090593555"

Dear User,

When you adding a logic board to a NE, first add a service processing board, and then add a service interface board. The problem can be solved.

As Unicef said, you added it in the wrong way, Please add a PQ1 board to slot 2 at first. Then, add the D75S board to slot 19.
