Customers want to use the tool to directly access the eSight Database and export NE hardware information for inventory and access management.
[Solution Analysis]
eSight does not support direct access to its database.
[Solution]
You can log in to the web page of eSight and export information about managed devices.
1. Export information about all NEs managed by eSight. The method is as follows:
1. Open a browser, enter https://eSight server IP address:eSight server port number/eam/neexport.action in the address box, and press Enter.
2. Press Enter.
2. Export information about the storage and server devices hosted by eSight.
1. On the menu bar, choose Resource > Common.
2. Select Asset Export.
3. Select the information to be exported.
4. Click Export to export the asset information of this type of devices.
3. Export information about network devices managed by eSight.
1. Choose Resource > Network > Device > Network Device from the main menu.
2. Perform operations as required.
Export some devices.
Select the devices to be exported, choose More > Export Selected, and click Export Excel or Export CSV to export the selected device list to the local host.
Export All Devices
Choose More > Export All > Export Excel or Export CSV to export the list of all devices to the local host.
