In recent weeks, I have received a lot of phone calls. The customer reported that using our fusion home software, we can only connect to the inverter at the local end and cannot log in remotely. 1. First of all, let me explain that the fusion home software is the local connection tool of our previous small model. It does not have the remote monitoring capability. The remote monitoring software is called fusionhome cloud. However, the two software are now off the shelf. We have launched a new mobile app, the name is fusionsolar, which has been communicated with regions and channels. Many customers have received SMS messages on mobile phones. However, many customers do not receive SMS messages because they have not registered power stations or bound with the mobile numbers, as a result, many customers still use the old fusion home software. If this problem occurs again, check whether the mobile app is the latest version. If not, update the app and then perform the next check. After the download, the app icon is as follows:

The data will be automatically uploaded to the hosting cloud. If the inverter + wireless router communication mode is used, you need to manually click the inverter in the communication configuration to contact the router. After the router is connected to the wireless router, the inverter data can be automatically uploaded if the router can access the Internet. If the inverter is connected to the APP of the fusionsolar for the first time, the automatic deployment is automatically displayed, generally, you only need to click Next, 8. Of course, if there is any problem, you can call 400 at any time. Remember to take a photo of the inverter bar code. After the authentication, contact the channel contact person to connect to the customer based on the authentication channel.

Just wanted to check - when I start the FusionSolar app, I am presented with a login interface. Logging in with my web fusionsolar credentials doesn't work ("The user name or password is incorrect").

The server is listed as intl.fusionsolar.huawei.com.
Switching that to au1.fusionsolar.huawei.com causes a red message to be displayed - "The network is abnormal. Please connect your phone to the interent." The phone is connected to the internet. au1 is the server that was recommended during the signup (although I don't remember whether that was in documentation or just in the config screen).
