The possible causes can be:
The password is incorrect. Check the user password.
The user (non-admin user) does not exist. Run the ldapsearch command to check whether the LdapServer contains the user information.
The LdapServer is faulty. Run the /opt/huawei/Bigdata/om-0.0.1/sbin/status-oms.sh script on the active OMS node to check whether the OLDAP resources are in the normal state. If the resources are abnormal, check whether error message "No such object" is displayed in the /var/log/Bigdata/oldapserver/ldapserver_start.log log.
For FusionInsight V100R002C70 and later versions, run the sh/opt/huawei/Bigdata/om-server/om/sbin/status-oms.sh command.
