1.Click Query in the OMC topology view to refresh the configuration of the target CPE.
2.Check whether the CPE accesses the network.
3.Check whether the CPE can ping the OMC and whether the OMC can ping the CPE.
4.Check whether the CPE can correctly parse the domain name. Ping the domain name hcms.tdtech.com on the CPE. Check whether the IP address in the ping response is the IP address of the OMC server.
a.If the hcms.tdtech.com parsing is correct, the possible cause is that the OMC stops providing services. The CPE automatically reconnects to the OMC within 2 hours. The CPE can be connected to the OMC in time after the CPE is restarted.
b.If the value of hcms.tdtech.com is not the IP address of the OMC, it indicates that other domain name servers exist on the network. In this case, check whether the core DNS configuration, CPE DNS configuration, and DNS are configured on the dispatcher.
c.If the hcms.tdtech.com fails to parse the IP address, check whether the core DNS configuration and CPE DNS configuration are proper. If the configuration is proper, the DNS may be modified on the core network side. The CPE needs to be restarted for synchronization.
5.Check the status of the bidirectional authentication function of the CPE, disable the function, and then connect the CPE to the OMC.
6.Check the security mode level of the OMC. The CPE does not support the high-level security mode.
