1.Check whether the power indicator of the CPE is red. If the power indicator is off, it indicates that the power supply is faulty. In this case, you need to verify the CPE and POE power supply. After confirming that the CPE and the CPE are faulty, return the faulty parts for repair.
2.If the four indicators on the CPE are always on, it indicates that the CPE is being started. Wait for 2 hours and then return the CPE for repair.
3.IP address of the LAN port on the Ping CPE. If the IP address can be pinged, use the ipop tool to connect to the Telnet. After the telnet is connected, contact R&D engineers for confirmation.

1. EG860 have red alarm.
2.The RUN indicator is steady on and does not blink.
