[Symptom Description]
Some switches do not have the FTP option when the configupload command is executed.
1) If the FOS version is earlier than 7.4.0a, the FTP option is available before and after the upgrade. 
2) If the FOS version is 7.4.0a or later, no FTP option is available.
[Cause]
FTP is an insecure protocol. In 7.4.0a and later versions, the Before secure config Upload/Download option is enabled by default. As a result, the FTP protocol cannot be used to back up and restore configuration data.
[Solution]
1. Run the configurechassis command on the switch to disable the Enfore secure config Upload/Download function, as shown in the following figure.
After configuring Enfore secure config Upload/Download, press Ctrl+D to exit and save the current settings.
2. Run the configupload or configdownload command on the switch. The command output shows that the protocol can be FTP, as shown in the following figure.
