ISM8

The RMON performance that the ISM8 board supports includes basic performance, extended performance, port traffic classification performance, port priority performance, Port DS domain performance and LAG performance.

The current performance statistics of an RMON performance item are the count of performance events within the current sampling period (which is usually a few seconds). The historical performance statistics of an RMON performance item are calculated using the corresponding method based on counts in sampling periods within a specific statistical period. The following table lists calculation methods for historical performance statistics, see Performance counting method and calculation method list.

Labels

There is a high temperature warning label, an operation warning label, and an operation guidance label on the front panel.

The high temperature warning label indicates that the board surface temperature may exceed 70°C when the ambient temperature is higher than 55°C. If surface temperature reaches this level, you need to wear protective gloves before handling the board.

The operation warning label instructs you to connect an IF cable to the ODU before connecting it to the IDU.
