Issue Description:
The Tablet dose not roam well when it moves around at the beach.
Analysis:
Step1. If the two APs are far away from each other before and after STA roaming, the STA may get offline and go online again during moving, causing the roaming failure.
Install a Wi-Fi detection tool (such as inSSIDer or Wi-Fi Analyzer) on the mobile STA or enable the STA to search for SSIDs during the STA's movement to check whether the APs' SSIDs can be detected.
Step2. Test with the Tablet and move around the beach area and check the connection information from the wireless, found that the signal is always a little weak when the Tablet connected:
Step3. Check the signal received from the Tablet found that the signal strength is much lower than the normal PC can received:
It means the original wireless network card of the Tablet could not parse the Wifi signal strength very well, and cause the roam connection issue finally.
Root cause
:The original wireless network card of the Tablet could not parse the Wifi signal strength very well, and cause the connection signal strength weak and cause roam connection issue finally.
Solution suggestion :
Use the external network card to replace the original wireless network card, and have already tested the network is working well with an external wireless network card. (Suggestion: choose the wireless card which could support 5G frequency and 802.11ac too)
