- Log in to the server as the admin user and run the su - root command to switch to the root user.
- Go to the /home/ivstool/logs directory, and use the SFTP tool to download the SysTimeChecker.log file to a local directory.
- Check whether the following information exists in the log:
[2015-01-27 07:31][timecheck]should restart IVS, lastSystemTime(UTC):1422343801, currentSystemTime(UTC):1422343877
- If no, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
- If yes, go to the next step.
- Check whether the server has the NTP clock source configured.
- Check whether the time on the NTP server is changed.
- Log in to the server as the admin user and run the su - root command to switch to the root user.
- Run the history command to check whether information about time changing exists.
- See 5 to check whether the time on the server connecting to cameras is changed.
