The camera time is not synchronized.
After the customer sets the NTP, the time of the camera is still different.
【Problem Analysis】：
1. Maybe the NTP server is not running.
2. We tried to capture the NTP port package at the VCN side, but we didn't capture any data.
【Root Cause】：
The port of the NTP and the firewall are not open.
【Solution Description】：
Open the appropriate port on the firewall.

Camera side:port: random<<<<<>>>>>> VCN server-side :port: 123
Note: This is a two-way transmission.
