The Camera Rotates back a Specified Time After It Is Rotated
Symptom
After a user rotates a camera to a position on the PTZ control panel, the camera automatically rotates back after a specified time.
Possible Causes
- The camera is configured with the alarm linkage to a preset position.
- A preset position is set for the camera during the setting of camera sequence resources.
Procedure
- Check whether the camera is configured with the alarm linkage to a preset position.
- Log in to the IVS C/S client, and choose .
- Select the camera from Camera List.
- Select the trigger condition on the right and click
to check whether the camera is configured with the alarm linkage to a preset position.If yes, no further action is required. If no, go to the next step.
- Check whether the camera is included in camera sequence resources and configured with a preset position.
- Log in to the IVS C/S client, and access the Live Feed tab page.
- Click at the bottom of the Live Feed tab page. The Sequencing page is displayed.
- Select camera sequence resources from Sequencing Resources.
- Check whether the camera is in the Camera name list and configured with a preset position.
If yes, no further action is required. If no, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
