This topic describes how to deal with the problem that the camera does not go online after offline.

It is very simple, I hope it can help you.

First, confirm that the PC can ping the camera when the camera is offline.
Confirm that the version of VCN is below V100R002C50SPC209
Try the following to see if the cameras are online.
If the cameras are online again, please upgrade the VCN version to V100R002C50SPC225.
