The board model cannot be displayed properly

Hello, everyone!

I have a problem. On the U2000, a set of OSN 1800 is loaded. When I open the NE Panel, the board models cannot be displayed. It seems that the U2000 cannot identify the board models.

Why is this happening?

Is there anyone who can help me?

Dear friend!

I think there are two situations:


1.The software version of the OptiX OSN 1800 is relatively new, but the U2000 version is very old. Therefore, the U2000 cannot identify the board model of the OptiX OSN 1800. You are advised to upgrade the U2000 or replace it with NCE.


2. The U2000 process is not started.

Plsase restart the nemgr_v8trans process.
