Problem Description
The user backs up the configuration file on ONT A and uploads the configuration file on ONT B, but ONT B does not accept the configuration file.
Problem Analysis
Currently, the user has the ONT EG8120L V3R017C10S210. The user saves the configuration and downloads the configuration file to other OTN devices for uploading. However, the ONT is not configured. After the ONT is restarted, no information is displayed.
The user attempts to use different browsers multiple times.Confirmed: The problem is a known issue and the software version is incorrect. Delete the node from the exported configuration file and import the ONT again. This node is disabled by default. Therefore, deleting this node has no impact.

Root Cause
This is a known issue and has a bug in the device firmware version.
Solution Description
Temporary solution: This problem can be avoided. Delete the node from the exported configuration file and import the ONT again. This node is disabled by default. Therefore, deleting this node has no impact.
Solution: Upgrade the device to V300R017C10SPC225B293 or later.
