Fault Symptom
When a new AR2240 is unpacked for use, version files cannot be imported in the BootROM main menu and the AR2240 cannot start.
Troubleshooting Procedure
During the startup, if the system displays the following information, press Ctrl+B to enter the BootROM main menu.

Check SD Card[1] file system. Please wait....
SD Card check Fail! Please FORMAT SD Card first.
The preceding information shows that SD card initialization failed. The possible cause is that the SD card is loosely installed in transportation. Try to remove the main control board, remove and then install the SD card. The problem is solved.
