This post describes the application scenarios of Auto Attendant Console. The following are four scenarios.
Transferring Calls to the Manual Attendant
The administrator sets the rule type of the auto attendant console to line hunting, and sets the associated rule parameters and corresponding announcements.

Transferring Calls to Extensions
The administrator enables the function of transferring calls from the auto attendant console to extensions and sets the corresponding announcements.

Transferring Calls to Specified Numbers
The administrator designates a number of the extension the calls transferred to, department numbers, and corresponding announcements.
The designated number can be either an intra-enterprise number or an external number.

Transferring Calls to IVR Menus
The administrator enables the function of transferring calls from the auto attendant console to IVR menus, and sets menu processes at different levels and the corresponding announcements.
