Problem Analysis：

2. Standby board information collect
a] Try to collect below information first:

b] Enable dbwin，monitor several minutes:
huawei(su) dbwin enable
huawei(su)%% dbwin print 0x50 1
huawei(su)%% dbwin send 0x50 0xa 2
Waiting for 5 minutes:
huawei(su)%% dbwin print 0x50 0
huawei(su)%% dbwin enable
c] Execute 3times, each time period is more
than 5 seconds
huawei(diagnose)%%bugging bsp info
d] When you monitor the standby board, the state changes to config
or normal state, collect below information quickly:

huawei(diagnose)%%display error standby
huawei(su)%%display flash state active
Root Cause：
The board is damaged
