Hi dear,

There are some points to check:

firstly, check the transmission configuration such as operator information, SCTPLNK, IPPATH and S1 information and etc.

Secondly, check the resource, for example, including CPRI resource, RF resource, baseband resource, license resource and so on.

Finally, check the status of RRUCHINA and BRD.

First of all need to check other alarms on site, they may contain reason of cell down.

Also check "Specific problem" field in alarm "Cell Unavailable", there is additional information about reason.
