Problem Symptom
During an upgrade, the active FSM node restarts and you cannot log in to DeviceManager.
Problem Diagnosis
1. Logging in to DeviceManager fails, and a message is displayed indicating that the website cannot be accessed.
Causes
During an upgrade, active/standby HA switchover is not allowed. When the active FSM node restarts, you cannot log in to DeviceManager.
Solution
Log in to DeviceManager after the active FSM node is successfully restarted.
Check After Recovery
Log in to DeviceManager and either of the following situations occurs:
1. The upgrade resumes automatically.
2. If the upgrade fails, click Retry.
