HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hey, I have a tf-i60 td lte modem, recently it reboots automatically several time a day! so i have been really annoyed by my router.
I have done what i could, reset, changing SIM, changing setting..., so No simple guidance!
It randomly restarts and from router system logs i can see it happens every time when these happen:

2020-03-24 10:38 Security Warning Detect UDP port scan attack, scan packet from "ip"
2020-03-24 10:38 System Notice WAN connection INTERNET_R_UMTS1:IPv4 connected
2020-03-24 10:38 System Notice Sync time failed from BBOU

These 3 seem to be going hand to hand.
Every time i go to check what causes restarts, these are the last 3 messages.

Hello User. If the modem is resetting without any reason maybe it is damaged. You will need to contact your ISP to replace it. Regards.
