Temperature issues on U1911

Was handled a temperature issue case the last week, customer reported that FANs wasn´t working, the temperature was too high and U1911 restart and not turn on until be cold.

Level 2 help us to identification the BOM code for U1911 FAN because on the U1911 Spare Parts document is not this BOM code.

Please concider the U1911 has the version V200R003C20SPC500.
