2. Export the settings
2.1. Log in to the web interface of the telepresence host using the user name and password superadmin. Choose Device Control > Export > All Settings.

2.2. Save the configuration file to a local folder.
3. Step of replacing board
3.1. In order to support the register connections, pull out all of connections and unscrew the pins.

3.2. Open up the latches according to the indication as follows and take out the board.

3.3. Adjust the motherboard inset the slot joint and insert the new board in the telepresence host.

3.4 Push the board into it's place.

3.5 Close down the latches.

3.6 Screw in the pins.

3.7 Come back connections of the board, repeat step3 replacing other board.
4. Setting the telepresence host IP addresses
4.1. Connect a computer directly to the telepresence host. Change the computer's IP address to be in the same network segment of the telepresence host's external IP address (192.168.1.1or 192.168.1.50 by default).
4.2. Power the telepresence host on.
4.3 Log in to the telepresence host's web interface (by default, the user name is superadmin and the password is superadmin).
4.4 Choose System Settings > Network and change the telepresence host's internal and external IP addresses.
5. Upgrading the telepresence host
Connect the telepresence host whose IP address has been changed as required to the computer where the target software is stored.
Start the downloaded upgrade tool.choose TP3106_HOST.dat for Upgrade File. Remote Terminal IP Address, enter the telepresence host's IP address, and click Upgrade.Enter api in the Upgrade Password and clck OK
6. Connecting the telepresence codecs to the telepresence host
6.1. Log in to the telepresence host's web interface (the user name is superadmin and by default the password is superadmin). Right-click the Telepresence Host button and select Set Model.

6.2. Enter the internal IP address of the three telepresence codecs and click Save.
7. Import the settings
7.1. Log in to the web interface of the telepresence host using the user name and password superadmin. Choose Device Control > Import > All Settings.

7.2. Click Select File, select the correct configuration file, and click Import.
