Technicolor CGA4233 failure to bild eMTA service-flow (PacketCable2.0)

Cable modem Technicolor CGA4233 fails to build the eMTA service-flow (using PacketCable2.0) when connected to D-CMTS MA5633 H822CCKRA chassis/hardware type.

Technicolor CGA4233 cable modem side error log:

 

error code: 0x17 (kRejParamInvalidForContext)

error string: kMaxConcatBurstBytes specified in UGS or UGS/AD flow

The same CM type (CGA4233 ), when connected to a D-CMTS MA5633 H822CCKRC chassis/hardware ,the eMTA's services work just fine with PacketCable2.0 -  using the same CM configuration file.


Can you give me something to start here? Maybe I forgot to config something.

According to the problem description: The same CM type(CGA4233 ), when connected to a D-CMTS MA5633 H822CCKRC chassis/hardware ,the eMTA's services workjust fine with PacketCable2.0 -  using the same CM configuration file.


The MA5633 subrack does not exist affects the creation of service flows. In addition, you fail to create a service flow on the third-party device. I think the problem is not caused by the MA5633.


You are advised to replace the CGA4233 and check whether the device works properly.
