In the following procedure, I will explain the steps on how to collect the output logs while the terminal is trying to boot up.
Connect to RS232 COM 1 port of the TE40 using a Serial cable and open the Putty terminal.
Save the logs into a putty.log file as per the below picture.

Set the baud rate to 115200 to be able to enter the terminal's output and check the PC's COM port into your Computer's management page and input the port number.

Power on the device and wait for this to finish sending output messages
Collect the putty.log file from the place you have saved it and provide to us so we can analyze why the system is not booting properly.
If in the logs you find the below string, this means that the SD card that the booting files are saved, cannot be read (bad sector) and the only way to solve the issue is by replacing the device (RMA).
