TE30 unable to share the presentation with a Cisco endpoint.
Problem analysis
Capture the Wireshark logs to check on the flow.
Root cause
From the Wireshark analysis, the presentation port 10006 is blocked on the Cisco network environment to be open from the firewall security.
Solution
Open the presentation udp port 10006 to 10007 at the firewall secuirty settings.
