I want to share with you an analysis of this case:
When the customer needs to change the way to call on a videoconference between SIP and H.323 is necessary log out of the TE30 to load again the directory.
Analysis
The customer configured the address book H323 / SIP in 2 formats with the same site name, each time they load the address book, the new format will overwrite the previous format, so that only 1 format can be maintained. That's why they need to be charged again every time.
If the server can´t support the H323 / SIP address book automatically, they should use the address book in the TE30.
Solution
Create different site names in the H323 / SIP protocol for the same site, for example, the Araguaney site, they can keep the H323 address book like the previous one, and add the new site called Araguaney-SIP, then add the SIP number 4435.
The process would be the following:
Access the TE30.
Import the SIP directory
Click on the name of the site
Edit the name and Save --- This with each site (it will only have to be done once).

After editing all the names of the SIP sites, Import the directory H323, it is observed that you do not have to leave the TE30 and the sites are not overwritten.

This process will only be done once and in this way the directories will not have to be loaded every time a protocol change is required since the directory remains stored in the TE30.
I hope you can find it helpful.
