[Issue description]
TE20 does not work behind NAT router. Any attempt to connect to join a conference hosted by an MCU is greeted with the following error:
The correspondent sees image/audio from TE20 but TE20 participant does not see or hear anything.
TE20 software version is V500R003C30SPC600
[Handling process]
I suggested to customer that he needs to make the following settings, by entering the TE20's administrative webpage, under “System settings -> Network -> Firewall” :
- H460 = Disable
- Use NAT = Enable
- NAT address = External_IP_of_NAT_router
The customer said that he does not have these settings in his TE20 and sent this snapshot:
Therefore, I suggested him to upgrade the TE20's software to the latest version (V600R019C00SPC300) and try again.
After the upgrade, customer confirmed that he could successfully modify the above-mentioned parameters and now he can join conferences.
