Issue description
User are not able to get information on contact as the corporate directory cannot be retrieve.

Handling process
1. Rebooted the device.
2. Checked whether only 1 or many devices that have TE Desktop have the issue.
3. Checked if there are any network connection issues.
4. Check the server that the TE Desktop registers.
Root cause
It may due to the parameter setting on TE Desktop.
Suggestions
Change the server IP address on the TE Desktop setting.
