Is “video file” a  play video file or a camera?

If it is camera :
You can set this parameter in TE desktop.
TE Desktop can be separate screen monitor and can be change input is video file ?-2787307-1


If it is a  play video,you can Sharing Presentation :

In a video call, you can share your PC desktop or applications with the remote site.

Only the two parties that both have presentation sharing function enabled can share presentation between them.

This example will show you how to share presentation in a point-to-point call.

If the Windows PC where TE WebClient is installed has two network adapters and two screens are available, WebClient pushes video to the main screen (generally the left screen) and data to the auxiliary screen (generally the right screen). If only one network adapter is enabled, both video and data are displayed on the main screen.
