TCAT Authirty problem

Hello.
I try to use transport TCAT to change SDH Cross connect in port level but i find this message telling me that (((no operation Authirty))).
I try using admin user but also not work . Did any one have such problem ..

Hello.
We had the same problem . The only solution was through Huawei office ..
An R&D expert logged in remotely and deleted parts of the data base to let it work again.

Dear friend!
For your NCE account, you must have the operator group permission or higher to perform the migration.
For NE accounts involved in SDH trails, commissioning and system-level accounts are required.
Therefore, check your NE account level.

ADMIN is an NMS account. In addition, the NMS account used to log in to the NE must be a system-level account (such as root and lct).
