Scenario 1: During the WI login after the WI upgrade, the WI page is displayed abnormally with invalid style or blank.

Scenario 2: During the WI login after the WI upgrade, it takes 10s to display the VM list.

Scenario 3: After the WI upgrade, the WI page is displayed abnormally with invalid style and login operations are affected.
