This section describes the operations of the video service on a tAPP810.
1. Video Call
This section describes operations related to video calls performed on a tAPP810.
Procedure
· Answering a Video Call
1. When
a video call is incoming, slide
to
receive the video call.
2. After a call is connected, you can set the following parameters: mute, close the local video.
3. After
a PTP video call is complete, touch the
on
the home screen to terminate the call.
· Making a Video Call
1. On
the home screen of the tAPP810, tap
.
2. Use one of the following methods to make a PTP video call:
§ Enter a call
number on the Dialer, touch
.
§ Enter Recents. Select a PTP video call number for redialing.
§ Enter Recents.
Select a call record and touch
to
view details. Touch
.
§ Touch
in
the upper right corner of the PTP message detail page and then select
.
3. After the PTP video call is connected, you can set the call-related parameters. For details, see Answering a Video Call.
4. After
a PTP video call is complete, touch the

the home screen to terminate the call.
2. Video Surveillance
This section describes operations related to video surveillance performed on a tAPP810.
Procedure
· Making a Video Surveillance
1. On
the home screen of the tAPP810, touch
to
enter Video surveillance.
2. Use one of the following methods to originate video surveillance:
§ Enter a terminal number and then touch Surveillance.
§ Select History. Select a video surveillance number for redialing.
§ Select Camera/Contacts. You can view the camera and contact list, and select a contact number to initiate a video surveillance.
NOTE:
The camera list is downloaded from the network and cannot be modified on the terminal.
3. During video surveillance, you can set the following parameters:
§ Loudspeaker
§ Rotatable component. The video display ratio remains unchanged with a screen-adaptive width.
§ If the camera supports Pan Tile Zoom (PTZ) control, adjusting of camera direction and focal length through PTZ control is supported.
4. After
video surveillance is complete, touch
to
stop it.
3. Video Distribution
This section describes operations related to video distribution performed on a tAPP810.
Procedure
· Answering a Video Distribution
1. When a video distribution is incoming, the home screen displays call initiator information. Press Answer to receive the distribution.
2. After a video distribution is connected, the screen for video distribution is displayed. You can set the loudspeaker using a key.
3. A video distribution automatically ends when it is complete. You can also touch the end icon below the video to terminate a video distribution.
· Making a Video Distribution
Only a dispatcher operator can initiate video distribution. No operations are required at the UE.
4. Video Sending
This section describes operations related to video sending performed on a tAPP810.
Context
· If the video file sent back is in widescreen mode and portrait view, the UE should be held horizontally, with the home key on the right side.

· If you send videos using the front-facing camera, you cannot adjust the focal length.
· During the video upload, the front-rear switchover is available only when both the front and rear cameras support the current resolution.
Procedure
· Video Sending
1. On
the home screen, touch

enter the video sending application. Icons in the operation bar are listed
in Table.

· Picture Sending
1. On
the home screen, touch

enter the video sending application. Slide right to switch to picture sending.
2. Touch

set picture sending parameters.

initiate picture sending.
· Passive Video Sending
When a video
surveillance request is incoming, the home screen displays call initiator
information. Slide
to
start video sending.
NOTE:
If the switch of Confirm before video sending is turned off, no calling information is displayed on the UE and no operations is required.
