TaiShan 2280 V2 iBMC GPL Source Code Request

HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

I'm the owner of Huawei TaiShan 2280 V2 server. The iBMC module (remote management module) in this server uses Linux kernel, U-Boot bootloader, and other open-source GPL-licensed components. General Public License requires to disclose the source code of GPL-licensed components.

I could not find the source code for iBMC on https://consumer.huawei.com/en/opensource/ website, where Huawei GPL source code is published. It's also missing from https://github.com/huawei

Customer Care Representative of Huawei Enterprise Business Group could not answer my question and redirected me to this support community.

Where could I get the source code for Huawei TaiShan 2280 V2 iBMC?

The iBMC uses code which is licensed under General Public License (Linux, U-Boot), which means that the source code of it should be published (that's the obligation of this license, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_General_Public_License#Terms_and_conditions). Huawei publishes all GPL code for smartphones, routers, wearable devices (see page https://consumer.huawei.com/en/opensource/). Since iBMC also uses GPL-licensed components, the source code of these components should be also published

My requests seems to be ignored on the forum and by email. If this is not an appropriate place to request the source code, please send me information who should I contact.
