Tab Switching notification

I had taken the Mock exam test online of HCIA-R&S. When i Select my answer and click next. The exam website displayed Tab switching notification. I do not switched tabs not at all. I had also taken HCIA-R&S exam previous year but that time not mock and same message displayed again and again.

Can anyone please guide me what are the possible reasons of this. Whar measures will I take to prevent it from appearing. Many thanks.
