This case is about Huawei Oceanstor s2200t System starts with minisystem.
【Problem Description】:
Controller 0A can't start up, always enter minisystem mode when login from CLI
【Problem Analysis】:
As customer can't export log, we set remote session with customer.
During the remote session, the command "showsysstatus" is not available, which means there's no service module loaded.
With command "showbootmode", it's confirmed the controller encountered more than 3 times abnormal reset in 30minutes which cause controller entered rescue mode.
After run command "resumebootmode" and "rebootsys", the storage back to normal status. As the storage version V1R5C01 already EOS and it's a demo storage for the partner(no data, no configuration at all), we don't have to analyze the root cause, the customer just needs to upgrade the latest software version and configure everything.
【Root Cause】:
Controller entered rescue mode after 3 times abnormal reset
【Solution Description】:
Resume boot_osp mode in minisystem. It's recommended to upgrade the latest software version V1R5C30SPC700+SPH701 to avoid any unnecessary issues in the future.
